Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Overview: Our Referral Program allows eligible users to earn a reward when they refer a friend who signs up for a debt management or consolidation service through DebtPlus and makes their first payment to the service provider.
Eligibility: You must be a UK resident aged 18 or older. The referred friend must be a new user who has not previously used DebtPlus services.
Process: You will fill up the form available on the website. Based on the information provided by you, We will contact you and your friend and verify the details. After that you will be provided with a referral code. The referred friend must use your code to sign up and make their first payment to a debt management or consolidation service. Once the payment is verified, we will issue your reward within 30 days.
Conditions: Rewards are limited to one per referred friend, with a maximum of 5 rewards per user per year. We reserve the right to reject referrals or withhold rewards if we suspect fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with these Terms. Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Compliance: The Referral Program complies with FCA regulations and UK consumer protection laws. Participation does not constitute financial advice, and you should encourage referred friends to seek independent advice before enrolling in any debt solution.
